About Me

"Hi, I’m Álvaro Gonzalez — founder of Aspire Path, INSEAD Master in Management alumni, ex-McKinsey consultant, and Strategy Associate at Santander CIB.

After studying Law and Business at a public university in Madrid, I knew I wanted to build an international career, but I also knew the path was not obvious. I did not come from a traditional target-school background, so I had to learn how to position my profile, tell my story, and compete in highly selective admissions and recruitment process

That journey led me to be admitted to INSEAD, London Business School, IESE and ESADE complete the Master in Management at INSEAD, and later break into management consulting at McKinsey. Along the way, I learned that success is not only about having a strong CV. It is about building a clear strategy, understanding what schools and firms are really looking for, and communicating your story with confidence and impact

That is why I created Aspire Path. I wanted to help candidates who are in the same position I once was: driven and motivated, but looking for clarity, structure, and honest guidance
